  Pinterest is a visually-focused image sharing site, centered on interest, lifestyle, and planning.

 it is a social network that allows users to visually share, curate, and discover new interests by posting, also known as pinning images or video to their own or other pinboards.

 Pinterest allows users to create and manage image collections according to a related theme. it allows users to browse other pinboards for re-pin for theirs.
According to Pinterest statistics from the brand in 2018, about 80% of new sign-ups came from outside the U.S.

As of 2019, 79.5% of Pinterest users are female, according to Statista.
